PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION
On the first day of the conference, there will be sessions with presentations by invited speakers only. Those who wish to participate in these sessions only need to register. The second day is dedicated to paper presentations. In order to participate in these sessions, it is necessary to apply by submitting an abstract.
The submitted abstracts will be subject to a peer review process. If your abstract is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter. Once you have received your acceptance letter, you are expected to send your full text within the specified deadline.
PARTICIPATION TYPE
On April 24, 2025, the sessions will be held simultaneously at Istanbul Gedik University Vocational School Conference Hall and online.
Face-to-face paper presentations will be held on April 25, 2025 between 09.00 and 12.00 at Istanbul Gedik University halls.
Online presentations will be held on April 25, 2025 between 13.00 and 17.00 on virtual meeting platforms connected to Istanbul Gedik University Distance Education Systems.
PARTICIPATION FEE AND REGISTRATION
Participation fee for students (up to two papers): 500 TL
Participation fee for non-student participants (up to two papers): 750 TL
The conference is free of charge for non-paper participants.

The payment must be made by the participants (responsible authors) whose papers are accepted. Unpaid papers will not be presented at the conference.
Students under 18 years of age must participate with the corresponding author and the corresponding author must register for the conference. If the student certificate is uploaded during registration, the fee valid for students can be paid.

RETURN POLICY
After April 01, 2025, no refund can be made in case of cancellation requests or any non-participation.
WHAT DOES THE PARTICIPATION FEE COVER?
The conference fee includes only the “Conference Book”, “Certificate of Participation (pdf)” and refreshments (for face-to-face sessions).
